Apologize When You Mess Up

Orangeville, ON (My Corner Office) You will mess up – it is a law of nature. Don’t pretend to be perfect – you aren’t. So when things go wrong – even if you are only partially to blame – apologize. Your customers will remember and talk about how you apologized to them. They will become more loyal to you. Sometimes, good customer service means saying you are sorry.
